PAYMENT
All items must be fully paid prior to shipment. Partial payment will be accepted as a deposit but full payment must be completed prior to shipping.
Payment can be by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Wire Transfer. You may order on-line at our website or you may phone us and we will take your information by phone.

SHIPPING
Items are normally shipped within 3 working days of order processing. In some cases, longer delivery dates are listed under the product specifications.
Items are tested at our facility and repackaged. The customer is responsible for taking delivery from the delivery truck to the desired location.
The customer should ensure that he has appropriate help to move heavier items.
The customer delivery schedule can be arranged with the trucking company. This service will be charged for.
Normal shipping times are between 5-7 working days from the time of shipment. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers once the parcel departs our plant.
Overseas shipments that require customs clearance may cause further delays in shipping. All local taxes, customs clearance procedures, etc are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl cannot accept refunds or exchanges, "Please purchase seriously"
WARRANTY
Mechanical Components on Products sold by RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl are warranted for a period of one year from the date of order. This warranty covers only non wear mechanical items that prove to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
Electrical components, including motors, are only covered for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment. The warranty on Electrical components does not cover abuse, damage caused by brownouts or spikes in electrical circuits, damage caused if the
electrical components become exposed to excessive humidity or rain or snow.
Wear items are not warranted. Wear items include blades, bearings, pulleys, and capacitors, air bladders.
Damage caused by negligence or accident of whatever nature that is not a direct result of manufacturing defect is not covered and as such any required spare parts must be purchased by the customer.
In the case of a Warranty Claim RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl - will decide whether to ship out the defective part replacement at RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl cost or else to replace the unit. RedDog ZOne Inc / Bluedog Intl may request that the defective part be returned to RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl at the Customer’s expense so that RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl Service Personnel can examine the part to ascertain the nature of the defect. Should the part be found to be defective then RedDog Zone Inc / Bluedog Intl will replace the part and ship a replacement part to the Customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to install the replaced part. RedDog Zone Inc will not be responsible for either time or any other costs associated with the replacement procedure. If BlueDog chooses to replace the entire unit then the original unit must be returned to RedDog Zone Inc / BlueDog Intl prior to shipment of a replacement unit. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
Should any disputes arise regarding warranty issues or any other issues related to the products provided by RedDog Zone Inc / BlueDog then the laws of Ontario, Canada will apply and should any court proceedings be required then the courts of Oxford County in Woodstock Ontario will be the agreed-upon jurisdiction.
In all cases of warranty claims the decision of Bluedog will be regarded as final and binding.
In cases where a machine is returned to Bluedog for repair or refurbishing then the full invoice including shipping must be paid prior to any return of the machine to the customer.
All Warranty are invalid if the machine has been tampered with or modified.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs
Some custom products will require time to produce. The delivery of such items will be explained during the quote procedure.
Payment terms will be outlined as well. Due to the nature of the custom products full payment must be received prior to shipment.

Overdue amounts charged 1 1/2% month on any unpaid balances.
Health and Safety
It is the Customers' responsibility to ensure that ALL local Health & Safety requirements are met, including safety guards, safety apparel, personnel training, and electrical requirements.
